Interesting discussions regarding safety issues of ammonia use. Several interesting practical examples were mentioned and practical advices and points were drawn out.
Mr. Andy Pearson gave overview of how the situation of safety use of ammonia is around the world and explained some bad practical examples.

- The needs of better communication and describing how incidents were misintepretated and misuse from the press and public.
- Very interesting discussions were made over future of natural refrigerants, PFAS chemicals and where the industry is heading.

- How the latest F-Gas regulation is influencing on the refrigeration and heat pump industry.
- The discussion about the big scale ammonia heat pumps and their use in district heating.
- The latest finding about the PFAS chemicals harming the environment and future of CO2 use.
